• I agree to the processing of my personal data by Logintrade S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław (KRS: 0000438056) in order to ensure the performance of the tasks of the System Administrator related to the processing of personal data within the operation of the Procurement Platform, and by LT Serwis sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (KRS: 0000311815), in order to enable the Operator of the Platform to perform their tasks related to ensuring the proper functioning of the Procurement Platform. At the same time I declare that I have read the information about the administrator and the rights of the data subject, whose personal data is processed by Logintrade S.A., contained in item 8 of the Regulations of the Platform.*
• I agree to the processing of my personal data by the Netbox Group Sp. z o.o. Administrator for the purpose related to the consideration of an offer on the Procurement Platform Netbox Group Sp. z o.o.. At the same time I declare that I have read the information about the administrator and the rights of the person whose personal data are being processed by the Administrator, provided below and in item 8 of the Regulations. *

  Information on the administrators and on the rights of the person whose personal data are processed:

  According to art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council from April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

  1. The controller of personal data is Netbox Group Sp. z o.o..
  2. Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator on the basis of the consent given by you solely for the purpose of ensuring that the offer is considered.
  3. As regards the data of the Suppliers, Contractors and Customers of the Administrator registered on the Procurement Platform https://netbox.logintrade.net administratorem jest również Logintrade S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (ul.   4. Your personal data will be processed by Logintrade S.A. and LT Serwis sp. z o.o. on the basis of your consent solely for the purpose of ensuring the performance of the tasks of the Procurement Platform.
  5. Your personal data are processed for the period necessary to perform the service.
  6. You have the right to access, rectify, erase or limit the processing or rectification of your personal data and the right to object to the processing, as well as to transfer the data.
  7. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. The exercise of the right of withdrawal shall not affect the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to the withdrawal.

  9. In matters related to data protection with regard to processing by Logintrade S.A. and LT Serwis sp. z o.o., you may contact the Logintrade S.A. Data Protection Inspector at the following e-mail address: ochronadanych@logintrade.com.pl.
  10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if, in your opinion, the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the EU regulation on personal data protection - the GDPR.
  11. You provide personal data voluntarily, but this is a prerequisite for the use of the Procurement Platform.
  12. We would like to inform you that the Administrator, Logintrade S.A. and LT Serwis sp. z o.o. do not envisage making the processed data available to any recipients of such data.
  13. The Controller does not allow the use of the services indicated in these Regulations anonymously or with the use of a pseudonym.
  14. Your personal data will not be processed automatically and will not be profiled.
